TERMS OF SERVICE

• Online registration for fun runs, marathons, trail runs, and other race events across the Philippines
• Payment processing and verification through GCash, Maya, and other supported payment methods
• QR code-based kit claiming and race day check-in for event participants
• Race results publication, rankings, and finish time tracking
• Event management dashboards and participant management tools for organizers
• Communication tools for event updates, confirmations, and notifications

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create an account; users aged 13 to 17 require parental or guardian consent
• Each individual may maintain only one (1) personal account on the Platform
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• Event registration is considered binding once you submit your registration form and payment proof
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including emergency contact details, for safety purposes
• Each event may have its own specific terms, rules, and requirements set by the event organizer, which apply in addition to these Terms
• Registration slots are subject to availability and may be limited by the event organizer
• Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers and are clearly stated on each event page; the Platform does not independently guarantee refunds
• Category changes, transfers, or other modifications to your registration are subject to the event organizer's policies
• By registering, you acknowledge that race events involve physical activity and inherent risks, and you accept personal responsibility for your participation

• Payments are processed through GCash, Maya, and other QR code-based payment methods supported by the Platform
• You are required to upload proof of payment (screenshot) after completing the transaction through your chosen payment method
• Payment verification is performed by the event organizer or their designated team
• Registration is only confirmed after successful payment verification; unverified payments may result in registration cancellation
• The Platform does NOT collect, store, or process credit card numbers, bank account details, or e-wallet PINs
• Registration fees, including any processing or service fees, are displayed before you submit your registration
• In the event of a payment dispute, please contact the event organizer first; the Platform may facilitate resolution but is not directly responsible for refund processing

• Organizers are solely responsible for the planning, execution, and safety of their events
• Organizers must provide accurate event information, including date, location, categories, pricing, and any terms or conditions
• Organizers are responsible for verifying payments and managing participant communications in a timely manner
• Organizers must handle participant personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and our Privacy Policy
• In the event of cancellation or postponement, organizers must promptly notify registered participants and provide refund or transfer options as stated in their event policies
• Organizers agree to not use participant data collected through the Platform for purposes unrelated to the specific event
• The Platform reserves the right to remove events or suspend organizer accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity

• Submitting fraudulent event registrations or providing false personal information
• Uploading fake, altered, or misleading payment proof screenshots
• Impersonating another person or registering on behalf of someone without their consent
• Attempting to register multiple times for the same event to circumvent slot limits or pricing
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the Platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, Platform systems, or databases
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's operations, servers, or networks
• Using the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Reselling or transferring event registrations for profit without organizer authorization

Platform IP

• The RUNNINGMAN.PH name, logo, branding, design, software, and all associated content are the exclusive property of RUNNINGMAN.PH
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform materials without prior written consent

User Content

• By uploading content to the Platform (such as payment proof images or profile information), you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing our services
• You retain ownership of your personal content but acknowledge that event-related data (results, times, rankings) may be published as part of the public race record

• The Platform is not liable for the cancellation, postponement, or any changes to events organized by third-party organizers
• The Platform is not liable for any physical injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation in events listed on the Platform
• The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of race results, timing data, or rankings published by event organizers
• The Platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security
• The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• In no event shall the Platform's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific event registration giving rise to the claim

• For event-specific disputes (refunds, registration issues, event cancellations), you should first contact the event organizer directly through the Platform
• For Platform-related disputes, please contact us at the email address provided below; we will make good faith efforts to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action
• Any disputes that proceed to formal resolution shall be subject to arbitration in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, or a mutually agreed location, in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the Platform
• Upon account termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy; registration data for completed events may be retained as part of the event record
• Any pending registrations at the time of termination may be cancelled, and refund eligibility will be determined by the applicable event organizer's policies
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution) shall remain in effect
