- When you register for an event, the organizing team receives your registration details (name, email, phone, emergency contact, shirt size, category) to manage the event
- Organizers may use your information for event-day logistics, safety coordination, and post-event communications related to that specific event
Service Providers
- We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication
- Email delivery services for sending confirmations and updates
- Analytics tools to understand platform usage patterns
We Do NOT
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Share your data with advertisers or marketing companies
- Provide your information to any party not directly involved in event operations

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:

- Database storage is secured through Supabase with row-level security policies
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and the event organizers you register with

- Payment proof images — retained for six (6) months after event completion for verification purposes, then permanently deleted
- Usage and analytics data — retained in anonymized form for up to three (3) years
Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within thirty (30) days. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.
8. Children's Privacy
RUNNINGMAN.PH is designed for users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided personal information without their consent, please contact us at the email below and we will promptly remove the information. For users between the ages of 13 and 17, parental or guardian consent is required for event registration, and we encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activities.
